Despite an unprecidented October snowstorm that knocked out power for the majority of Wilmington this weekend, the annual Horribles Parade went off without a hitch on Sunday.
Children dressed up in costumes and marched from Rotary Park to Wilmington High School, where they were rewarded for their efforts with sweet treats.
