This weekend was one for the record books as a wet, heavy October snow slammed New England and left many around the region without power.

About 400 Wilmington residents remain in the dark on Monday. Reading Municipal Light has been working since Saturday to restore power, but a total of 4,000 customers in the four-town region RMLD serves remain without service.

Despite a previous report, Trick or treating remains on in Wilmington.
