WILMINGTON STUDENT TO TAKE THE STONEHAM THEATRE STAGE
A Wilmington student will be taking the stage at Stoneham Theatre during the theatre’s young company Winter Festival 2014. Stoneham Theatre’s young company offers year-round theatrical training and performing opportunities for children in grades 1-12. This year’s Winter Festival will showcase three musicals adapted from classic stories: Charlotte’s Web, Shrek, and Winesburg, Ohio.
Isabelle Richards can be seen in Shrek. Based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks® film, this musical fairytale-gone-wrong promises to get the entire family giggling. Join our act 2 students as they tell the story of an ogre named Shrek, his sidekick, Donkey, and Princess Fiona (who isn’t exactly what she seems). Featuring a colorful cast of your favorite fairytale figures, Shrek is a fun-filled reminder that even the most unlikely heroes can save the day.
