Jacquelyn Santini of RE/MAX Encore Named Eastern Middlesex Association of REALTORS®

‘REALTOR® of the Year”

Jacquelyn Santini, a Wilmington resident and experienced REALTOR® with RE/MAX Encore of Wilmington, was named the Eastern Middlesex Association of REALTORS® (EMAR) 2013 REALTOR® of the Year.

This prestigious recognition which is awarded each year, by more than 1300 local REALTOR® associations across the country, designates one outstanding member who best exemplifies their association’s dedication to professionalism, volunteerism and community involvement, and who has made considerable contributions to their local, state and national REALTOR® organizations.

Jacquelyn has made a significant contribution to the advancement of the real estate profession and the community at-large, within the last 18 months. She was chosen from her peers to receive this honor.   This is not a sales award, which is given by franchisees and real estate companies, but an award to recognize deserving REALTORS® for effort, time and talent expended in the interest of their fellow REALTORS®.

On the local level, Jacquelyn serves on the Board Directors of the Eastern Middlesex Association of REALTORS®. She is currently the Chair of the Government Affairs and RPAC committee.

On the state level, Jacquelyn consistently attends REALTOR® Day on the Hill and participates in issues involving private property rights.  She serves on the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and attends the Caucuses and Board of Directors meetings on a consistent basis.  She has earned the CBR, Certified Buyers Representative designation.

 On the national level, Jacquelyn attended the Mid-Year meetings in Washington D.C. and the National Association of REALTORS® convention in Orlando, as well as the New England REALTOR® Conference in Connecticut.  In addition, she has earned the GRI, Graduate REALTORS® Institute and SRES, Seniors Real Estate Specialist® nationally recognized designations.

Community involvement includes membership of “Creative Living LLC”, an organization that works to help adults with special needs. She also serves on their Board of Directors. Jacquelyn has participated in the “Great Urban Race” to raise funds for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. She has consistently been involved in charitable community activities.

As an active REALTOR® sales agent, Jacquelyn works diligently to assists buyers and sellers in the pursuit of their “American Dream” – home ownership.
