Former Wilmington High School Athlete to continue ice hockey career at Salem State University

Katherine MacDougall’s commitment to Salem State University was a decision she knew would shape more than just her college career, but the foundation for her next forty years. Her determination to play ice hockey at the collegiate level led to her decision to join NCSA Athletic Recruiting, an exclusive recruiting network that provides student athletes with the opportunity and technology to be proactive in their recruiting process. Not only did Katherine have the tools she needed for the recruiting process, NCSA also educated her on the steps she needed to take to achieve her goal.

Katherine has demonstrated the true meaning of “student-athlete.” Earning a 3.69 GPA, Katherine is a member of SADD, Drama Club, and has been named to the honor roll. She plans to major in nursing at the university located in Salem, Massachusetts.
