Drawing from his 25 years as a management consultant to well-known corporations and mentoring many consultants, Dr. Bruce Katcher, President of The Discovery Consulting Group, will take you step by step through the process of building and growing a successful practice.
Dr. Katcher is the founder and Executive Director of The Center for Independent Consulting. His book "An Insider's Guide to Building a Successful Consulting Practice" has been widely acclaimed. His clients include Alcoa, Dunkin' Donuts, Johnson & Johnson, Timberland, and W.R. Grace.
