ediate release:\n&nbsp\;\nSummer 2013: BODYMECHANIX Performance Enhancem
ent Program for High School Athletes\nLocal Physical Therapy practice of
fers opportunity to help local school sports programs raise money while
also helping athletes improve their performance.\n&nbsp\;\nWilmington\,
MA &ndash\; White&rsquo\;s Physical Therapy\, LLC is offering local spo
rts booster programs an opportunity to raise money to support their prog
rams. When 5 or more athletes from one team sign up for BODYMECHANIX Per
formance Enhancement Program\, White&rsquo\;s Physical Therapy\, LLC wil
l give 10% of those proceeds back to that sport&rsquo\;s booster program
!\n&nbsp\;\nDuring the four week program\, athletes 14 and older work to
develop the skills necessary to improve their performance\, reduce the
risk of injury\, and learn how to take care of their bodies&rsquo\; need
s while maintaining a rigorous training program. &ldquo\;This is win-win
for the Wilmington Athletics Program\, which has great expectations for
next year&rsquo\;s sports teams such as football\, ice hockey\, and soc
cer\,&rdquo\; says Doug White\, owner and principle athletic trainer and
  physical therapist at White&rsquo\;s Physical Therapy\, LLC.\n&nbsp\;\n
Although rehabilitation of injuries in the physical therapy clinic is th
e main focus of his business\, Doug&rsquo\;s true passion is running the
strength and conditioning program each summer. &ldquo\;I really enjoy t
he preventive aspect of sports medicine. It is great to see these athlet
es improve and do better in their sport. It is quite a challenge to take
a person with no apparent weaknesses and assist them to achieve the nex
t level of ability.&rdquo\; Having previously trained world-class and Ol
ympic athletes\, Doug knows what it takes for an athlete to achieve peak
performance and how to focus a training program to attain maximum resul
ts.\n&nbsp\;\n&ldquo\;Most sport training focuses on positional play\, s
port specific drills and strategy. While these are necessary skills\, it
is equally important to develop the eight components of strength and co
nditioning to maximize fitness levels and minimize overuse and sport rel
ated injuries.&rdquo\; Doug is concerned that too many young athletes ar
e pushing themselves to excel without the necessary training. This leads
to avoidable risk and injury on the playing field.&nbsp\;\n&nbsp\;\nTwo
more ways to save! Sign up before June 1st or mention this article to r
eceive an additional 10% off the total cost of the program!\n&nbsp\;\nTh
e program will be offered two mornings per week from 9-11am\, July 16 &n
dash\; August 8 ending just in time for the fall sports camps at the hig
h school. The program offers the full four-week session for $200.00 for
16 hours of professional\, supervised training. For further information
