Wilmington's Holly Walton Named 'Unsung Heroine'

Local woman founded Heaps of Hope, which provides support and assistance for women undergoing breast cancer treatment.

State Representative Charles Murphy (D-Burlington) joined his colleagues in the Legislature on Wednesday in recognizing Massachusetts “Unsung Heroines,” sponsored by the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women. 

Wilmington resident Ms. Holly Walton, nominated by Rep. Murphy, was honored for founding “Heaps of Hope,” an organization that provides support and assistance to women undergoing breast cancer treatments.
