The school is honored for its first ever state title in program history.
Wilmington's wild ride as Division 2 state champions took the local boys hockey team all the way to the State House on Wednesday afternoon.
“I am proud to congratulate these talented players on winning the State Championship,” said Lieutenant Governor Tim Murray, according to a press release. “This title is a testament to their teamwork, dedication and passion for the game.”
In honor of the team's trip to the State House, we want to know. Which Wilmington player do you think would make the best politician? Vote in our poll below, and if your choice isn't on the list, weigh in with your selection in the comments section.

Don,
Thanks for reading. The poll is just meant to be a lighthearted one given the team's trip to the State House. I'm guessing there are no political plans in the immediate future for any of them! Enjoy the rest of your day!
