While I enjoy the chains (e.g., 99, Chili's), I definitely prefer locally-owned restaurants. If you're talking about dining out, I prefer Rocco's and Focaccia. If you're talking about take-out, I've got too many to mention. Wilmington is lucky to have so many good restaurants. :)
