With a variety of places to grab a hot pick-me-up, Wilmington has you covered when you need to take the chill off with a warm drink.
Here at Wilmington Patch we enjoy a steaming latte or chai tea as much as the rest of you. We want to know which hot drinks in town hit-the-spot, and we need your help.
Post a comment here, letting us know what your favorite hot beverage is and where you get it. Simply leave the name of the place and drink if you choose, or, give us a little more, and share all the juicy details.
- Since we have such a selection here in town, and it's so tough to choose one favorite, you may submit up to three eligible posts.
- We’ll randomly select a winner on March 11. The winner will receive a $10 gift certificate to his or her favorite place.

On the go I enjoy a caramel apple spice with whip cream from Starbucks. At home I make apple cider (from powder mix sold at market basket) and then add whip cream and caramel!

When I need an escape, I indulge in a grande non-fat white chocolate mocha (no whip) from Starbucks. It seems to make everything right, at least until the cup is empty. :)
