Selectmen Tackling Variety of Items Monday Night
Wilmington's Board of Selectmen meeting at 7 p.m. inside Town Hall, Room 9.
When the Board of Selectmen meets on Monday night at 7 p.m. inside Town Hall, Room 9, they may have a big piece of news to report.
It's possible that during executive session, board members will finalize the contract for Jeff Hull, who will take over for Town Manager Michael Caira when he retires after this month.
The meeting kicks off with an appointment with Victor Hui, the president of Pacific Sunshine, who is requesting to transfer an alcohol license from Royal Dynasty to Pacific Sunshine for the property located on Lowell Street.
Following an appointment with a lawyer representing The Ninety Nine Restaurant, Library Director Tina Stewart will be in front of the board to discuss the upcoming Library Community Fair.
At 7:25 p.m. Police Chief Michael Begonis will discuss with selectmen his department's Recognition for Excellence in the Law Enforcement Challenge.
The meeting wraps up with a host of communications that board members will read.
