The following is an excerpt from the Wilmington Police log. Where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

The following is an excerpt from the Wilmington Police log from Tuesday, June 12 to Thursday, June 14.

Tuesday, June 12

8:38 p.m.: An officer was flagged down by a resident who reported an accident on I-93 between Route 129 and Commerce Way. State Police responded to the scene and Wilmington Police helped with traffic control.

11:23 p.m.: Several vehicles were reported by a Burnap Street resident as making noise on Town Beach after hours. Police sent two vehicles on their way from the beach, though four different vehicles who were the cause of the original disturbance left before the officers arrived.

Wednesday, June 13

6:26 a.m.: On Carter Road a caller reported two large dogs running in the roadway. A second caller reported that the dogs are about 100 pounds each. Officers reunited both animals with their owners.

11:31 a.m.: A cab driver claimed a male party on Agostino Drive did not pay his cab fare. An officer gained entry to the home, but the suspect was not there. The driver of the cab positively identified the man and police summonsed him on charges of violating an abuse prevention order and evading taxi fare.

9:47 p.m.: Two males were reported as arguing in the middle of the road on Radcliff Road. An officer transported one of the parties to Tewksbury. The argument was over who was driving home and the situation was resolved.
