There was something for everyone on Town Common Saturday.

Family Fun Day, the highlight of the town's annual Independence Day celebration for many residents, took place throughout the day and capped off with the first of two fireworks displays.

Young residents had the chance to walk in the doll and bike parade, take a pony ride, play some whiffle ball and much more.

There were activities run from morning to night and for much of the day families could purchase discounted tickets to the carnival.

Be sure to check out Patch's coverage from Friday's festivities, and we'll have more photos and videos in upcoming days.
