Lawrence Man Arrested in Connection to Lowell Five Robbery
Daniel Simard, 26, of Lawrence is set to be arraigned in Woburn on Friday.
Massachusetts State Police arrested a Lawrence man on Friday morning in connection with the robbery of Wilmington's Lowell Five Bank one week ago.
According to Wilmington Police Lt. Brian Pupa, Lawrence resident Daniel Simard, 26, on charges of unarmed robbery after he was arrested in Billerica.
Simard allegedly walked into Lowell Five Bank on Friday, October 19, and slipped the teller a note demanding money.
Following the incident, Simard allegedly fled on foot into the parking lot and drove away in an unknown direction.
According to Pupa, Simard was set to be arraigned on unarmed robbery charges in Woburn District Court on Friday.
