A large crowd of Wilmington residents came out to Town Common to pay homage to Veterans Day on Friday, participating in a ceremony that included a variety of speakers and members of the United States Armed Forces on hand.

Members of the Wilmington High School band, Cub Scouts, Senator Bruce Tarr, Representative James Miceli and Veterans' Agent Louis Cimaglia were among those who honored military members past and present in front of Wilmington residents.
