Wilmington Community Television is pleased to announce that it will be offering weekly postings on its Facebook page of the pictures and listings on the WCTV Community Bulletin Board, which currently runs on the air on its public, educational, and government channels.

     Since its inception, the WCTV Community Bulletin Board has run as a series of slides on Wilmington Community Television channels.  These slides give information on local events, causes, and organizations and have kept Wilmington up-to-date on the latest happenings.  The Community Bulletin Board runs between television programs on channels 9, 99, and 22 on Comcast, and 37, 38, and 39 on Verizon.  However, with increasing amounts of programming on these channels in recent years, there has been less time for all of the slides on the Community Bulletin board to run in full.  By posting the new slides online every week, WCTV hopes residents will be able to have better access to information about Wilmington happenings.
